V.A. - Advanced Releases sampler September 2 (2011)

Gary John Barden's (ex Statetrooper, Silver, Michael Schenker Group vocalist) contribution to the rock scene is just legendary.
October 1st will be the street date for his new solo effort, 'Eleventh Hour'.
As shown on the first single "What You Wanna Do", the album sees Barden's return to the hard hitting rock, with Michael Voss producing.

Dream is the brand new debut album by UK-based hot-shot guitarist Greg X.
His allies on this attempt are drummer Jay Schellen of Hurricane and Unruly Child along with powerhouse vocalist Ken Tamplin (Shout, Magdallan).
In addition Dream is produced by former Asia front man John Payne.
The promotional single "Dream The Dream" is catchy melodic rocker with an up-lifting chorus and melodic guitar lines.

American songwriter, musician and record producer Mark Spiro finally will be releasing his delayed new album "Mark 2011" in December this year.
Spiro has collaborated on songs with numerous American rock bands such as REO Speedwagon, Mr. Big, Heart, Cheap Trick, Kansas, Winger, Giant, Bad English, John Waite and more.
The advanced single "It's A Beautiful Life" is an optimistic and warm tune full of melody with sweet harmonies.

Trigger are an original outfit based in the West Midlands, UK, who play melodic stadium rock, blending crushing guitar riffs with huge harmonies and anthemic choruses.
Leaded by the slightly eccentric husband and wife Dan and Sally Trigger, this indie outfit will be releasing soon their new album "Infinite Persistence".
The single "Alone Tonight" has an early eighties Bon Jovi style with more prominent keyboards and a huge chorus.

'God Told Me To' will be the 6th eagerly awaited solo studio album by eminent guitarist John 5 (ex David Lee Roth band, Lynyrd Skynyrd).
The advanced single "Beat It" is an instrumental cover of the Michael Jackson classic and has been timed to be released around what would have been Jackson’s birthday.
This is an electrifying version with tons of layered guitars and effects.

9-11 will forever be remembered as the day that changed the US.
The studio project Reign Of Kings, to honor the fallen and their families on the 10th Anniversary, is publishing the hymn "Spirit Of America".
The song features the return of acclaimed vocalist Steve Augeri (Journey), also including Steve Senes as guest on lead guitar (Guitar Player Magazine's Guitar Superstar 2009).
